Organelle Morphology¶

Organelle Morphology is a software to analyze volumetric electron microscopy images, in particular, images of cells. The image needs to be segmented with CebraEM.

OM calculates the surfaces of all objects in the segmented image, so called meshes.

Based on these meshes, a number of analysis can be performed, like membrane contact site analysis.
